Synopsis

This story begins with a group of people who have explosives and automatic weapons, robbed a Bank of England in London by driving a tank led by a man named Fantom, and followed by an attack on the Zeppelin factory in Berlin, dressed like the British army. With lots Evil performed by Fantom, ultimately the British government sent a delegation to Africa in search of Allain Quetermain to join in a mission in the face of evil Fantom.
 

Allain Quertermai finally joined and formed a team formed by Mr. M that originally consisted of four members, namely Allain Quetermain, Rodney Skinner, Mina Harker, Captain Nemo. That the mission trip to seven people plus Dorian Gray, Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde, and Tom sawyer.   

In the midst of the story of Dorian Gray turns traitor and joins the Fantom. Dorian Gray provide a DNA sample and design of Captain Nemo's technology to be used in the Fantom plans to rule the world.
 

To stop the Fantom Allain Quetermain, Mina Harker, Captain Nemo, Dr.jekyll or Mr. Hyde, and Tom sawyer went to the headquarters of the Fantom in northern Mongolia. There occurs a combat in which of several men Fontom has the ability similar to Dr.jekyll or Mr. Hyde and Rodney Skinner.
Rodney Skinner in charge of planting a bomb in the Fantom plants, factories and even then destroyed by a bomb planted it. Finally the battle is won by Allain Quetermain and his friends, all men, including Fantom Fantom Successfully defeated, however Allain Quetermain killed in battle.

The antagonist character in this movie is Dorian Gray, Fantom or Mr. M. Dorian Gray one of member the extraordinary group, but he slander his group and he was join to Fantom. Fantom is a terrorist that has many of harm, and have a very advanced technology in science and weaponry. Fantom is Mr. M that has previously been formed a League team.
